Our proven NCF product range of heavy-tow carbon fabrics.
Bundles of carbon fibers with a filament count of more than 24,000 are called heavy-tow fibers.
Non-crimp-fabrics with a particularly low weight per unit area are produced by precisely calculated spreading of these fibers. Thus, SAERtow enables the production of light and high-quality components which are used in particular in aviation and the automotive industry.SAERtow is also available with powder coating for optimal moldability and processing.

Achieves ply weights of 75 g/m^2 with HT-fibers and 100 g/m^2 with IM-fibers even when using >24K heavy-tow fibers
