That’s why we are represented in 11 countries on 5 continents with engineering and production facilities and also offer a service network in over 50 countries around the world.

Saerbeck, Germany

The SAERTEX success story began in 1982 in the Westphalian town of Saerbeck, Germany. The head office in Saerbeck still remains the heart and soul of the company. Multiaxial fabrics made of glass, carbon and aramid fibres are manufactured here over an area of approximately 46,000 m²
France

SAERTEX France was established in 2002 and has been repeatedly involved in the joint development of many new products and processes with clients. Here, over an area of 10,000 m², products are manufactured not only for the important French market, but for the whole world.
Portugal

SAERTEX Portugal, located in Viana do Castelo to the north of Porto, commenced production in 2008. In this facility – which occupies an area of 10,500 m² – fabrics and materials are produced from which huge rotor blades, among others, are made for the European core market and growing wind energy sector.
USA

On January 1, 2001, SAERTEX USA began producing multiaxial fabrics. In Huntersville, close to the American commercial centre of Charlotte, North Carolina, a factory was constructed and has in the meantime expanded to occupy an area that extends to well over 10,000m².
India

In July 2005, SAERTEX India was opened in the City of Pune, some 150 kilometres from Mumbai. The factory, which has 6,500 m² of production area, primarily serves the Indian and Asian market in the sectors of wind energy, marine & boat building, industrial and automotive.
Brazil

At the end of 2013, SAERTEX Brasil opened in the municipality of Indaiatuba in the Federal State of São Paulo. Over an area of 3,000 m², multiaxials and special functioning fabrics are produced for the South American market. The factory is strategically situated in an established industrial region in which major car manufacturers have also located their facilities.
South Africa

SAERTEX South Africa was established in 1997. In the town of Paarl, close to Cape Town, a manufacturing facility for technical fabrics was constructed that has in the meantime expanded to a size of 4,500 m². SAERTEX South Africa offers its customers the complete product portfolio and experience of the SAERTEX Group – like each SAERTEX location worldwide.
Turkey

The SAERTEX production site in Turkey was founded in 2017. The factory hall is 4,500 m² in size and is located in Izmir, the third-largest city in the country.
Lithuania

The production facilities in Lithuania have been part of the SAERTEX Group since 2014. Then known as Devold AMT UAB, the site has now been operating as a joint brand under the name SAERTEX Baltics UAB since May 2021. Technical textiles made from glass and carbon fibers are produced here for customers throughout Europe.
Mexico

The new production plant in Ciudad Juárez in northern Mexico opens in February 2022. Multiaxial fabrics for lightweight construction are produced here on an area of around 15,000 m².
TK Industries

At the beginning of July 2019, SAERTEX acquired 100% of the shares in the Bavarian company TK Industries GmbH, thereby further expanding its range of multiaxial fabrics made from heavy tow carbon fibers. TK Industries is a highly specialized fabric manufacturer based in Selbitz in the Upper Franconian district of Hof (Germany). At its production site, the company exclusively processes carbon fibers using state-of-the-art multiaxial production technology.
