Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

As reinforcement for our team at the main location in Saerbeck we are looking for a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities

• You introduce the active finishing process and implements it in compliance with the law
• You create and maintain Process and procedure documentation in the customs environment
• You vote Customs requirements with the responsible authorities and Accompany approvals or inspections
• You work closely with SAP, IT and internal departments, to map customs-relevant requirements
• You further develop existing customs and foreign trade processes and define the necessary controls and interfaces
• You work together with international locations and external contacts, to ensure uniform standards

Your profile

• You have a degree in business administration, logistics, foreign trade or business law or a comparable qualification
• You bring Extensive professional experience in the customs and foreign trade environment with
• You have very good knowledge of EU customs law and ideally in the area of inward processing
• You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and take responsibility
• You communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders and you are authoritative and assertive
• You communicate confident in German and English
