Als Verstärkung für unser Team am Hauptstandort in Saerbeck suchen wir ab sofort einen Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist (m/w/d).

Your responsibilities

• You führst das Verfahren der aktiven Veredelung ein und setzt es rechtskonform um
• Du erstellst und pflegst Prozess- und Verfahrensdokumentationen im Zollumfeld
• Du stimmst zollrechtliche Anforderungen mit den zuständigen Behörden ab und begleitest Genehmigungen oder Prüfungen
• You arbeitest eng mit SAP, IT und internen Fachbereichen zusammen, um zollrelevante Anforderungen abzubilden
• Du entwickelst bestehende Zoll- und Außenhandelsprozesse weiter und definierst notwendige Kontrollen und Schnittstellen
• You arbeitest mit internationalen Standorten und externen Ansprechpartnern zusammen, um einheitliche Standards zu sichern

Your profile

• You have ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Außenhandel, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• You bring umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Zoll- und Außenhandelsumfeld with
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im EU-Zollrecht und idealerweise im Bereich aktive Veredelung
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung
• Du kommunizierst sicher mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und trittst verbindlich und durchsetzungsstark auf
• Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch
