Technical shift supervisor / setter (m/f/d)

As reinforcement for our production team at the main site in Saerbeck we are looking for Technical Shift Supervisor / Setter (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

Your responsibilities

• You take on technical responsibility for your team within the shift and ensure clear processes and compliance with relevant specifications
• You coordinate employees in day-to-day business and supports them with technical questions during ongoing operations
• You further develop existing structures and processes and actively contribute improvements to day-to-day production
• You recognize deviations at an early stage, initiate appropriate measures and ensure a stable production process
• You work closely with the shift supervisor and adjacent areas
• You also provide operational support, for example when converting systems

Your profile

• You have a completed technical training or a comparable qualification
• You bring extensive experience in a manufacturing environment with and know the processes in shift operation
• You have a Good understanding of processes and structures and would like to play an active role in shaping it
• You like to take on responsibility in a team and supports employees in their day-to-day work with clarity and an overview
• You communicate openly and engagingly and promote good teamwork
• You bring technical understanding and manual skills.
• Ideally you have Basic knowledge of English
