As reinforcement for our team at the main location in Saerbeck we are looking for an Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Trade Fairs & Corporate Events with immediate effect.
Your responsibilities
- You plan, organize and lead external and internal events through
- You coordinate all event processes including budgeting and scheduling in line with our business and marketing objectives
- You support the development and Maintenance of our contact recording tool in the event environment in cooperation with relevant interfaces
- You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners together
- You continuously optimize our event processes
- You maintain and develop the SAERTEX merchandising Next
- You prepare events and evaluate their success
Your profile
- You have a Training in event management or a comparable qualification
- You score with extensive experience in the event environment
- You have a talent for organization and feel feel comfortable both at events on site and in the back office
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions
- You work independently, responsibly and with a hands-on mentality
- You have very good German and English language skills and knowledge of MS Office
- You convince through Strong communication skills and customer orientation
