SAERTEX has developed a new generation of unidirectional carbon fiber fabrics - especially for efficient processing in applications with thick laminates.
The unidirectional fabric is characterized by outstanding drapability, which enables perfect fitting even for complex designs. This property is based on a unique evenness and wrinkle-free behavior.

Steady Plus UD achieves an impressive fiber volume content of up to 60 % and can therefore significantly reduce resin consumption.
In addition to its excellent flow speed and impregnation properties, Steady Plus UD is characterized in particular by its high compressive strength, making it ideal for all applications with thick laminates.
