In the infusion process, uniform resin distribution is crucial for achieving high-quality composite components. Uneven resin flow can lead to dry spots, longer process times or increased resin consumption.

SAERflow serves as an internal flow aid ensuring consistent and reliable infusion processes. The result: optimized component quality, reduced rework and shorter process times.

Flow aid with integrated added value

SAERflow combines glass fiber reinforcement with a lightweight plastic structure to create non-compressible layers featuring excellent resin flow and draping properties. As an integrated solution, it replaces external flow aids and additional consumables. 

The bending properties of laminates made with SAERflow are almost identical to those of pure NCF laminates. In addition, SAERflow can be flexibly combined with glass, carbon or aramid NCFs - for efficient processes and high-quality components, even with complex geometries.
