We are currently seeking a Global Head of Research and Development (m/f/d)to join our team at our Saerbeck location .
Your tasks:</strong
- You You lead the product development team academic and disciplinary
- You leads the development of innovative spatial structures for new and existing composite applications
- You provides impetus for new, innovative products and development initiatives
- You are responsible for the Strategic management of global product development
- You analyze market trends, customer requirements, and technological developments
- You will work closely with the application engineering, production, and sales teams
- You initiate and lead your own development projects
Your profile:</strong
- You have a a degree in fiber composites, plastics, materials science, chemistry, or textile engineering or a comparable qualification
- You bring extensive Experience in leading, developing, and strategically guiding international development teams with
- You have in-depth knowledge of resin systems, materials, and additives
- You manages complex development projects structured and goal-oriented
- You communicate available in German and English
- You stand out for your team spirit and high level of initiative
- You are available when needed ready to travel
