Your responsibilities
- You planst, organisierst und führst externe sowie interne Veranstaltungen durch
- You koordinierst alle Eventabläufe inklusive Budgetierung und Zeitplanung im Einklang mit unseren Geschäfts- und Marketingzielen
- Du unterstützt den Aufbau und die Pflege unseres Kontakterfassungstools im Eventumfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen
- You work eng mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern zusammen
- Du optimierst unsere Veranstaltungsprozesse kontinuierlich
- You pflegst und entwickelst das SAERTEX Merchandising weiter
- Du bereitest Events nach und wertest deren Erfolg aus
Your profile
- You have a Ausbildung im Eventmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- You score with umfangreicher Erfahrung im Eventumfeld
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und fühlst dich sowohl bei Events vor Ort als auch im Backoffice wohl
- Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und findest pragmatische Lösungen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, verantwortungsbewusst und mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
