As reinforcement for our global sales team we are looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Defense & Civil Protection with immediate effect.
Your tasks:</strong
- You develop the Defense & Civil Protection division strategically and operationally
- You identify, acquire and support National and international customer projects
- You Analyze market potential, tenders and procurement programs in the defense and civil protection environment
- You control international projects in close cooperation with development, sales and production
- You negotiate offers, contracts and partnerships and expand relevant networks in industry and authorities
- You build a Resilient network in industry, authorities and defense-related structures and maintain it sustainably
Your profile:</strong
- You have a Degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification completed
- You bring Sound market knowledge in defense and civil protection and experience in business development with
- You know Requirements in the area of ballistic protection and ideally composite materials in protection systems
- You convince through Vstrong negotiating skills, strategic thinking and a confident demeanor at all levels
- You are fluent in German and English and have Extensive experience and a resilient network in the relevant environment
