Since 2013, our DNV-certified test laboratory combines the material testing expertise of all SAERTEX locations and delivers uniform, standard-compliant and customer-oriented results worldwide.
We test according to internationally recognized standards such as DIN, ISO and ASTM and deliver precise mechanical characteristics from a single source - from product development to qualification.
Our testing procedures, our facilities and our team have been specially designed for testing fiber-reinforced plastics. The overarching goal is to understand material performance, ensure quality and enable innovation.

At SAERTEX, it is part of our philosophy to consistently overcome existing production and development limits. We measure ourselves against the highest standards.
Our company is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN 9100 - both confirmed by DEKRA. We are also involved in national and international development projects. One example: In aircraft construction, our SAERTEX joints have been qualified by their own standard since 1997 - the result of a five-year development phase.
We also demonstrate the highest quality in shipbuilding: with the DNV certificate („Det Norske Type Approval Certificate“), we meet the strictest safety requirements in boat and shipbuilding.
SAERTEX has also demonstrated the highest standards for DNV certification. The "Det Norske Type Approval Certificate" means maximum safety in the field of boat and shipbuilding.
