BARAT implements fire-resistant lightweight door solution for the STADLER SMILE train

BARAT has been a world-renowned supplier to the rail industry (rolling stock) for 25 years and manufactures interior fittings, doors, windows and car body fittings for the rail industry in France. The aim of the project was to produce a cabin access door using the RTM process for the new SMILE high-speed train from STADLER in compliance with the fire protection standard EN 45545-2, requirement R1, with painting.
