The idea

Aventura Yachts has been developing modern leisure catamarans in Tunisia for over 15 years. With the new Aventura 38 SC model, the goal was clear: the composite structure had to be particularly light, powerful and efficient to manufacture - because quality and performance are what count most for Aventura Yachts' customers.

The requirements for the material were therefore clear: high mechanical strength, good drapability for complex geometries and fast and reliable processing in the manufacturing process.

The solution: lightweight construction through the use of high-performance fiber composites with 100% SAERTEX reinforcements, processed using the vacuum infusion process.
