This unidirectional carbon NCF is one of our specially developed material solutions for applications with high laminate thicknesses. The flow-optimized carbon fabric aims to avoid dry spots in the laminate and significantly improve component quality - with maximum flow speed for particularly thick laminates.

Better protection against dry spots in the laminate
The risk of so-called „dry spots“ exists in particular if the textile reinforcement material has a low flow rate. The resulting incompletely impregnated areas impair the load-bearing capacity and service life of the end components, with potentially critical consequences for safety and performance.
Our Magic Flow UD has been specially developed to meet this challenge:

We offer you a tailor-made selection of specially developed, flow-optimized UD fabrics, adapted to different thickness ranges and requirements.
