Self-adhesive NCF reinforcements
SAERfix is the self-adhesive solution for anyone who wants to save time, material, and process costs when working with multiaxial fabrics.
The adhesive pre-applied to the fabric completely replaces spray bonding - no overspray, no odor, and no additional work steps. The reinforcements can be positioned directly in the mold and adhere quickly and securely, even on complex geometries, overhead areas or vertical surfaces.
Typical areas of application
Dimensional stability for every industry
Don't spray it - just drape it!
SAERfix ensures efficient processes in every area of application. The self-adhesive NCF reinforcement is ideal for industries that require precise processing and dimensional stability, and is compatible with all common resin systems (UP, EP, VE).
It enables precise draping even with complex shapes, delivers reliable results in thick laminates, and is perfectly suited for closed infusion processes such as RTM.
