Expansion of the service portfolio along the value chain
Saerbeck, 03.03.2026 - The SAERTEX Group is expanding its range of services in the field of infusion and clutch kits. Additional kit cutting capacities are being built up with the subsidiary Fiberserve. The aim is to provide customers with greater process reliability, shorter throughput times and more efficient material utilization.
The current focus is on applications in the wind industry and the production of tailored fiber kits for rotor blade structures. Here, precisely tailored infusion and reinforcement materials are a decisive factor for stable processes, reduced waste rates and predictable cycle times. This increases process reliability and supports efficient series production.
The operational activities will start within the existing SAERTEX infrastructure in Mexico. This setup allows for a quick and lean implementation as well as close integration with the Group's material and logistics processes. At the same time, further expansion of capacities in Europe is planned for 2026 in order to meet regional demand there as well.
By expanding its kit cutting capacities, SAERTEX is strengthening its position as an integrated partner and extending its offering along the entire value chain.
