Christmas donation campaign 2019: €10,000 for three global projects - thanks to over 400 customers
This year, Christmas at SAERTEX was all about the new vision "SAERTEX - Innovation for a resource-saving future". For this reason, we have largely dispensed with customer gifts. Instead, we sent our customers a Christmas card with a donation code and a link to a donation page. For each customer, SAERTEX donated 15 euros and our customers decided where to donate.
There were three great projects to choose from:
1. Project Wings – The world's largest recycling village: €3,000
2. Viva con Agua – Cloudfisher in Tanzania (water supply using fog collectors): €5,000
3. American Forests – Forest conservation and restoration: €1,500
Over 400 customers took part in our Christmas fundraising campaign, enabling us to raise a fantastic total of 6,255 euros. SAERTEX rounded this amount up to 10,000 euros and divided it up accordingly between the three organizations.
