We develop sustainable solutions and actively shape the future of fiber composite technology. With our high-quality textile reinforcement materials, which serve as a lightweight alternative to steel and aluminum, we support manufacturers in reducing the weight of components while extending their service life. In this way, we make a significant contribution to resource-conserving and more sustainable production.

With certifications such as Ecoprofit, DIN EN ISO 14001 and EcoVadis Bronze, our environmental management is audited and transparently documented.

Sustainable materials

Our aim is to develop sustainable products and processes that conserve natural resources and contribute to environmental friendliness.

BIO-BASED MATERIALS

In addition to glass and carbon fibers, we also develop fabrics made from bio-based flax fibers and robust basalt fibers. We also offer solutions made from 100% recycled materials with products such as our SAERcore RC.

In this way, we combine technical performance with a reduced ecological footprint and offer our customers sustainable alternatives for their lightweight construction applications.

RETHINK - RECYCLE

Production offcuts are inevitable - waste is not. We view leftover materials not as disposal, but as potential. By recycling valuable fiber resources back into the process, we support a circular approach to composite manufacturing and actively reduce our environmental footprint.

1. Collect

Fiber residues are extracted during the production process.

2. Sorting

Sorting by thread, fibers or fabrics.

3. Reprocessing

Established processes for glass and carbon fiber residues.

4. Granulate

Example WIPAG: thermoplastic compound (PP or PA) with 10 to 40% carbon fiber content.

5. End product

These include, for example, automobile fittings or snowboard bindings.
