Technology leader
for series quality
We specialize in processes for large-scale industrial production. Our production is equipped with online inspection systems that guarantee zero-defect tolerance.
Customized fabrics & machines for your processes
Our production facilities are designed to meet the requirements of the automotive industry: With flexibly adjustable widths, we produce precisely to match your component geometries – for lower material waste and maximum efficiency.
Application in focus
From the vehicle roof to the rim: our materials deliver lightweight construction in structural components with high rigidity and in visible Class A surfaces with a perfect appearance - in large-scale production as well as in premium motorsport.
Rims
Carbon rims reduce the rotating mass and improve driving dynamics. In addition to their functionality, they also impress with their energy efficiency and individual designs.
Brake discs
Brake discs made from composite materials reduce the overall weight. At the same time, they offer high wear and temperature resistance.
Leaf springs
Unidirectional fabrics offer improved shock absorption and longer fatigue life. The fatigue properties significantly improve the absorption of strain energy.
Monocoque
In structural components, carbon and glass fiber structures ensure maximum rigidity and crash safety. They are the basis for series production vehicles as well as for high-end motorsport.
Battery and underbody protection
Fiber composite solutions for battery and underbody protection offer high fire protection and reduce weight - for greater safety, range and efficiency in the vehicle.
Body parts
Hoods and vehicle roofs made of composites combine low weight with high rigidity and at the same time offer visible Class A surfaces for the highest design demands.
Areas of application in the automotive industry
City car & e-mobility
The focus is on efficiency and sustainability: composite materials reduce weight and increase safety. With bio-based flax fibers, additional lightweight construction advantages can be achieved and the ecological balance improved.
Sports and racing cars
Maximum performance is what counts here. Carbon fibers are the high-end material for maximum dynamics on the road and race track.
Carbon monocoques, rims and aerodynamic components offer maximum rigidity, lower rotating masses and precise aerodynamics.
Series vehicles
Reliable and economical solutions are required for large quantities. Fiber composites enable weight savings with improved functionality. Glass fiber NCFs often offer the right balance of performance and cost.
Premium vehicles
In this segment, the focus is on design freedom, comfort and exclusivity. High-quality interior components, visible elements and complex structures combine lightweight construction with premium standards.
Product solutions for automotive applications
Our multiaxial fabrics based on glass, carbon or hybrid fibers are designed for high-performance applications in lightweight automotive construction. They impress with their excellent drapability, process compatibility (e.g. for RTM, HP-RTM or prepreg) and reproducible mechanical properties.
Sustainable options with natural fibers or recycled materials are also available - tested and ready for your series applications.
Self-adhesive non-crimp fabrics reduce positioning and draping time by up to 50% compared to spray adhesives. The adhesive formula lasts up to 10x longer, is compatible with UP, EP and VE resins and ensures consistently high laminate strength. Environmentally friendly and osmosis resistant.
Unidirectional carbon fiber tapes from 6 mm width ensure maximum dimensional accuracy and improved fiber bonding through powder coating. Ideal for automated production of complex geometries, with minimum waste and maximum material efficiency.
SAERcore is our product range for closed injection processes. The sandwich structure consists of one or two layers of chopped strand mat (CSM) and a core material as a resin flow zone. Fast and efficient resin infusion ensures even resin distribution, reproducible component quality, and high surface quality.
Bio-based flax NCFs (Non-Crimp Fabrics) are the sustainable innovation in lightweight construction. These multiaxial fabrics made from renewable flax fibers improve the CO2 balance of composite materials and at the same time ensure an aesthetically appealing design of your end products.
Multiaxial and unidirectional fabrics are versatile reinforcing materials for fiber-reinforced plastics. They are used in many industries wherever lightweight yet resilient components are required.
Powder coating of fabrics refers to a process in which powdered polymers are applied to the textile structure. This is an important processing step in automated fiber composite technology, especially in the manufacture of preforms or semi-finished products.
