In many places, the new flax fabrics will not be able to replace glass fiber reinforcement materials. But they are one way of reducing the CO2 footprint. For example, for interior parts in boats, for skis or boards and for composite parts in transportation - where the mechanical properties of flax fibres are good enough.<\/p>\n
