SAERTEX submitted three projects, all three of which were shortlisted for this year's award. The award ceremony will take place on March 7 in Paris.<br \/>\nSAERTEX already won one of the coveted prizes in 2014 and 2017. This year, the family-run company from M\u00fcnsterland entered the race with three projects that were able to beat numerous competitors in the pre-selection phase. In the \"Rail Vehicles\" category, SAERTEX competed together with the companies SMT and Alan Harper with the renovation of the floor panels in 66 trains of Deutsche Bahn's ICE fleet using fire-resistant SAERTEX LEO\u00ae materials. In the Marine category, SAERTEX LEO won the award for the design of a complete composite sun deck on a 110m-long river cruise ship, which was created in collaboration with the Meyer\/Neptun shipyard in Papenburg. In the \"Construction &amp; Infrastructure\" category, the concrete pipe renovation using carbon <span class=\"productname_firstx\">SAER<\/span><span class=\"productname_second\">fix<\/span> with the Spanish customer GRUPO NAVEC. In this case, SAERTEX and HENKEL are co-innovators of the project under the leadership of GRUPO NAVEC.<\/p>\n<p>The JEC AWARD is presented by a top-class jury of experts at the JEC WORLD trade fair in Paris.
