NCF

Abbreviation for Non-Crimp Fabric.
Optimised material yield with the cutting service: The nesting of moulded components delivers a very large material saving potential and less waste.
SAERTEX fabrics, also known as NCFs (Non-Crimp Fabrics), are characterised by their stretched fibres inside the individual layers, which optimally absorb mechanical forces such as pressure and tension. SAERTEX fabrics are available as unidirectional, bidirectional and multiaxial technical fabric designs. Depending on the fibre type, weight per unit area and angle-ply layer combination, various mechanical strengths can be achieved.
