Uniform, fast and controlled resin distribution is crucial for composite components with high quality requirements. With our flow aids SAERflow and SAERcore, we offer two technical solutions - each optimized for vacuum infusion or RTM processes.

SAERflow® - Structural flow aid for vacuum infusion
Faster resin flow. Fewer work steps. Higher efficiency.
SAERflow combines a lightweight synthetic structure with glass fiber reinforcements – for excellent flow properties and very good drapability. External flow aids are no longer necessary, which reduces material usage, saves work steps, and lowers processing costs by up to 50 percent.
SAERcore® – Integrated flow aid for RTM and infusion
Fast resin flow. Controlled processing. High surface quality.
SAERcore is our patented product range for closed injection processes such as RTM (resin transfer molding) and RTM light, as well as for infusion processes. The integrated flow zone enables resin flow that is up to four times faster - and up to five times faster in our high-flow version. The result is uniform resin distribution, which ensures reproducible component quality and high surface quality.
