Area Sales Manager DACH (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
• Promote SAERTEX product range across Industrial market (sports & leisure, road transportation, pre-preg, panels) within DACH region with main focus on southern Germany and Austria
• Manage daily business with customers, monitoring order level, financial condition and trouble shooting
• Educate customers on new products and product enhancements, promote technical features and benefits
• Make decisions/negotiate agreements to best service our customers, in line with your team leader
• Monitor sales against budget and forecast on a monthly base & issue quarterly sales forecast
• Represent SAERTEX in customer visits and trade shows to identify and develop potential new customers/product lines
• Build intimate knowledge of market, customer trends and dynamics and share via visit reports and active participation to sales meetings

Your Profile:
• Minimum five years‘ related sales experience in the Composites industry (sales or parts production)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Composite, mechanical or textile Engineering, Chemistry or Business administration is required
• The ability to utilize knowledge of product capability to recognize opportunities where SAERTEX can provide solutions to customers‘ needs
• Significant travel within assigned sales territory, willingness to work flexible schedule
• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships based on intercultural skills, strong communication skills; positive customer service focus
• SAP environment knowledge is beneficial
• Fluent in spoken and written German & English is mandatory
