FIBRE PROPERTIES

SAERTEX fabrics, also known as NCFs (non-crimp fabrics), are distinguished by their stretched fibres inside the individual layers, which optimally absorb mechanical forces such as pressure and tension.

SAERTEX fabrics are available as unidirectional, bidirectional and multiaxial stich bonded constructions. Depending on the fibre type, surface load and layer combination, various mechanical resistances can be produced.

An optimized layer construction reduces production time and material requirements.
