SAERTEX USA was awarded the “Gateway Award," one of the most noteworthy prizes of the German-American Chamber of Commerce (GAC).  For six years, the North Carolina branch of the GAC has been awarding this prize to companies that contribute to growth and progress on the east coast of the state. During the presentation of the award, Chamber President Klaus Becker noted that "SAERTEX USA has earned the prize, absolutely.” Keith Crisco, Secretary of Commerce for North Carolina, emphasized the significance of SAERTEX for the economic development of his state. Kurt Waldthausen, Honorary Counsel of the Federal Republic of Germany for the State of North Carolina, also took part in the awards ceremony.

SAERTEX USA is growing rapidly and is one of the most important companies in North Carolina: The Charlotte Business Journal placed SAERTEX USA at position 20 in the “Top 25 Largest Area Energy Companies in Charlotte”.
