SAERTEX has been represented by two branch offices in China since 2008. The demand for high-tech materials in the rapidly expanding Chinese market is so high that SAERTEX is going to build another factory in China. It will be located in Taicang, 45 km to the northeast of Shanghai. A delegation of four individuals, lead by the deputy mayor of the region, Mrs. Yan Lu, paid a visit to the SAERTEX headquarters in Saerbeck. Bruno Lammers, Executive Director of the SAERTEX group, personally lead the Chinese guests through the company.

The Chinese delegation was also interested in the subsidiary company SAERTEXT multiCom. SAERTEX multiCom will soon open a branch in Taicang to supply the Chinese Market with the patented SAERTEX liners, which are used around the world to facilitate sewer renovation.
