SAERTEX USA: Composites for the Future

On January 1, 2001, SAERTEX USA began the production of multiaxial fabrics. In Huntersville, near the American economic centre of Charlotte in North Carolina, a factory with a total production area of 11,150 square meters was built.

The fabrics produced there are used in the automobile and aviation industries, in the wind industry, in shipbuilding and - last but not least - in the sports and recreation industries.

In the efforts to further optimize the production of composites, SAERTEX USA is focusing on closed mould technology. Using the product lines SAERcore and SAERfix, SAERTEX USA, working together with its clients, develops the materials for the products of the future.
